Other Notes: Peter is a character of mine who epitomizes the life of an energetic youth with too much time on his hands. He has a bizarre past, which he chooses not to talk about. He'd rather play practical jokes and waste time, instead. Here he's a bit older and sporting poofy pants (to be distinguished from MC Hammer "genie" pants)
