Welcome to Wednesday and a new page.
Some artist's commentary on Abe, the new character: His awkward way of speaking was intentional. I didn't want him to speak very clearly, but it's hard to tell in these early pages since he doesn't really speak much at all. I didn't want to give him an accent, either, because it's even harder to read those in text, so I just messed about with his word order.
Hope that clears things up. I'll be adding character synopsis for Hexten and Abe soon.

His name is Abe? Neat. I'm still obsessing over the eyes, though.
And I was sweating; I didn't think she'd get the job. Silly me.
I think I like Abe...aside from him being mean and stuff. But yay! She got the job!

i like Abe just the way he is. as in being an annoying fat fart >.> his way of talking suits him.
