I agree, Jenise should smack him and scream at him. But are you, by chance, going to update Independent Zelda anytime soon?
LOL I like that and she probably will drop kick him in the head then scream at him. I'm going to be so entertained. XD
But I think it would be better if she were calm. Jenise could say something like, "How does it feel to be hurt over something you had no control over??" Lay the guilt on thick.
Even though Peter pisses me off sometimes, I still think he's a good guy. He just needs to remember that JENISE decided to have him around not the other way around.

You have to remember that he's also pretty much a kid, too. It's hard to fault him for being a bit brash, especially considering he has to look out for a runt like Jenise, too.
He needs to remember to be decisive, though, and not get trapped in self-examination.
I agree with most of that. Perhaps I should have used the word "irrates", more accurate and such. But I can't really help that, just a matter of opinion right? It wouldn't be that great of a story if you didn't relate to the characters. Even if you find faults.
Ack, sorry for the typo. I meant to say "Irritates"
